Aside from Tomlin, and the GOAT Shanahan, Mcdermott is the worst coach in the league. Two idiotic moves comes to mind off the top of my head. Against Belicheat, he goes for two converts. When the Bills score a td the idiot kicks the extra point and they lose by 4 forced to go for it on fourth and goal! With 45km/h winds how many tds did that moron think they would score against the number one D!?!?! Second vs the Jags. 3rd and 5 on Buffalo's 37. Holding Jags. The moron declines, Jags kick the field goal, final score 9-6!! His idiotic moves prevents his team from tying both games!! Can't win an imbecile running the show!!!
